Delivering Exceptional Service from Any Seat on the Bus

Many owners want their buildings completed as quickly as possible for a variety of reasons. While we continue to deliver projects through traditional design-bid-build, TLC Engineering has experience in many alternative project delivery methods.

We have delivered design criteria for design/build projects, as well as participating on design/build teams. Our experience includes integrated project delivery (IPD) and LEAN methodologies. When projects have challenging sustainability goals, we’ve been the Deep Green consultant, shepherding the owner, design and construction team members through design and construction.

TLC’s Peak Institute provides building performance simulations, including daylight studies, computational fluid dynamics and energy models. We’ve supported sub-contractors in a design assist role, collaborating using their preferred means and methods. TLC has teamed with funding partners to deliver energy services (ESCO) projects. We advise real estate investment trusts (REITs) by auditing their buildings, projecting savings through energy conservation measures and engineering those systems.

TLC supports continuing education and certification. I’ve never been turned down for an opportunity to pursue education.
