Overview
Expanding the AdventHealth Orlando campus, Health Village is a 172-acre development that is planned to include apartments, a hotel, additional beds for the hospital, as well as medical office spaces, general office space and retail shops. Portions of Health Village are being developed on AdventHealth property.
AdventHealth’s initial building on the site, located adjacent to I-4 just north of downtown, is a 12-story medical office tower and parking garage. The tower will house a mix of medical offices, research and testing centers, healthcare centers and hospital uses.
