Omni Hotel and The Country Music Hall of Fame

Overview

The 22-story Omni Hotel offers 800 luxurious rooms and a wide range of amenities, including three restaurants, a bar with live music, a spa, a fitness center, a rooftop pool with a hot tub and a business center as well as 80,000 square feet of event space. The first three floors are integrated with the 200,000 square foot expansion of the Country Music Hall of Fame®.

Features

TLC provided fundamental and enhanced commissioning services for the Omni Hotel and the Country Music Hall of Fame® expansion. We commissioned the interior and exterior areas, lighting systems, building drainage systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems and other associated equipment. The facility opened more than three months ahead of schedule and achieved LEED Silver certification.
