Situated on land formerly mined for phosphate, Streamsong Resort features a three-story golf clubhouse and a six-story hotel with 228 guest rooms and conference space. Luxury amenities offered at the resort include a full-service spa, fine dining restaurants and an infinity pool. A high-end demonstration kitchen is the site for culinary and wine classes.
The resort embraces the natural setting through extensive use of wood finishes, organic shapes and floor-to-ceiling windows with wooden louvers to control the amount of sunlight. It has several sustainability features, including 90% of lighting provided by energy-efficient LED fixtures, low-flow plumbing fixtures and sensor-activated faucets. A robust WiFi infrastructure was deployed covering all of the resort.
