With more than 30 years of experience, he has overseen thousands of projects and millions of square feet of award-winning buildings and restorations nationwide. Known for his ingenuity, integrity, and collaborative approach, Brian is widely respected throughout the industry.

As a Principal, Mr. Starr brings more than 20 years of experience designing buildings of all types, scales, and materials across the country. His expertise spans ground-up construction, complex renovations, tenant improvements, and seismic engineering for both structural systems and non-structural components. Known for his multidisciplinary approach, he has built a unique portfolio in the public art community and is recognized nationally as a leading designer of public art sculptures and foundation systems.
