Jeff Brown, CxA, Principal, joined TLC in 2005 and demonstrates excellence in project management and the development of energy-efficient and sustainable designs for a large variety of new construction and renovation projects. He is a collaborative team leader skilled in managing multidisciplinary teams to achieve success.
Kim Jowers, CPSM, LEED AP BD+C, Fitwel Ambassador, Principal, has been with TLC since 2006. With a master’s in strategic communication, she serves as Corporate Marketing Manager. As a leader, she embodies a deep understanding of effective communication strategies, crucial for organizational success. Kim champions mentorship and shared knowledge, understanding the importance of developing leadership skills and driving positive change and growth within TLC.
Bill Nance, RCDD, OSP, Principal, joined TLC in 2018 and is experienced in technology design, consulting, and project management. He has the skills and knowledge to plan, develop and oversee outside plant projects including modifications of existing facilities. Bill works closely with design teams, manufacturers, and installers to deliver on client expectations and provide high-quality results through his technical knowledge and collaborative leadership.
Kyle Houser, PE, LC, Principal,started with TLC in 2019 is experienced in designing electrical systems for healthcare facilities. He leads the electrical team in Philadelphia and is recognized for delivering innovative and efficient solutions, as well as maintaining and strengthening client relations.
Orion Dominguez, PE, Principal, has been with TLC since 2011. He is as a project engineer known for his ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities to skillfully manage projects. Orion specializes in designing mechanical systems as well as conducting air quality assessments, energy analysis and field investigations. Orion excels at prioritizing efficiency, sustainability, and coordination of all disciplines.
