Overview

This 800,000-SF complex serves both an individual and corporate customer base and is the largest bank in Colombia. The facility is comprised of open-plan work stations, private offices, and conference rooms with larger, shared spaces including a fitness center and employee cafeterias and lounges.
The team helped create appropriate acoustic environments for employee productivity in all space types, providing distraction control for open-plan and enclosed office spaces; recommendations for base building air distribution system noise control; appropriate finishes for controlling reverberant sound energy in large meeting spaces, conference rooms, and public assembly areas; and desirable levels of speech privacy throughout.
