Project list

Overview

Guinness selected the team as their structural engineer for their first new brewery on US soil since 1954, and the first ever purpose-built Guinness brewery in American history. The project at “Warehouse D” includes a small batch 10-barrel brewery, restaurants, taprooms and consumer experience adaptive reuse and five story expansion of an 80-year-old concrete barrel warehouse. The facility blends Guinness’ storied heritage with the creativity and innovation of American craft brewing. An outdoor plaza highlights the legacy of the historic Calvert Distillery and celebrates Guinness’ new chapter on the site. The grounds also feature open spaces designed to host concerts and community events.

Design was also provided for the 100-barrel system for Guinness Blonde on the relay campus including support of all processing equipment.
