Overview

A multitude of services are provided at this 27,000 square foot facility, including internal and family medicine, lab draw station and imaging services such as MRI, CT, X-ray and ultrasound. The center also houses physician offices and a breast health center, which offers biopsies, needle placements, mammography, bone density testing and breast MRIs.

Features

After a thorough evaluation, TLC engineers selected two 130-ton chilled water air handling units, with one air-cooled chiller, pumps, air separator, expansion tank, pipe valves and fittings. Space temperature is controlled through individual variable-air-volume boxes. The benefits of this design include increased longevity, flexibility and optimal temperature and humidity control.
