Overview
New 41-story mixed use building featuring 13,000 sf of ground level retail space and 12 floor plans for residents to choose from. Sustainability initiatives were enhanced through energy modeling, a combination of natural and LED light, several glazing types, and high-efficiency gas-fired boiler-heated swimming pool. The project is pursuing Florida Green Building Coalition certification with sustainable design in mind. Sustainable initiatives include energy performance exceeding ASHRAE 90.1 baseline, which is among the most efficient residential buildings in the region. Energy modeling studies were conducted to evaluate distinct options for impact on energy and construction budgets.
