Completed in 2023, this project exemplifies innovative detailing and structural design tailored to the brand-specific requirements of a luxury automotive dealership. The approximately 37,000-square-foot facility features a combination of masonry shear walls and partial moment frames, creating an open, flexible showroom and a durable service shop.
Situated on a sloped site, the design required extensive coordination and analysis to extend the framed service shop slab beyond an existing retaining wall. The result is a sleek, structurally efficient building that reflects the precision and sophistication associated with the brand.
