University of Tampa Grand Center Residence Hall

Overview

The new 10-story, high-rise academic and student support building has many features including housing for over 650 students, five classrooms, faculty and student lounges, and a study lounge for military veterans. The building also provides functional spaces for the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, UT’s Institute for Sales Excellence, the International Programs Office, and parking for approximately 440 vehicles. Students living in the building will have access to a 9,000 sf “sky park”.
