Features

Through our sustainable engineering and LEED services, TLC was instrumental in helping the Division of Blind Services reach its goal of a sustainable facility. TLC performed energy modeling that helped drive the design decisions that would affect the building’s overall energy consumption. The result: a LEED Gold certified building designed to be 21% more energy efficient and use 33.8% less water than an ASHRAE 90.1-2004 baseline building.
