Overview
In order to renovate the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) of Edward Hospital, the project was split into four phases of work. This was done in order to best accommodate and maintain the operational needs of the affected departments within the hospital.
Features
The first floor was renovated and included upgrading areas already used for PICU operations.
A key challenge was coordinating all of the phases with their respective parties. Four sets of drawings were created to clarify how the work would be staged and detailed for each discipline.
