Overview

The expansion of Moorings Park is a testament to the popularity of the Naples retirement community. Located on nine acres of the 83-acre property, the expansion added two five-story luxury residential building (O and P), one three-story luxury residential building (Q) and a three-story wellness center.

Features

Efficient heating, cooling and lighting systems and water-use reduction were key goals in designing the buildings, which achieved LEED for Homes Silver certification. TLC engineered the residential buildings to be 15% more energy efficient and use 20% less water than a baseline building.
