Overview

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport was the first new airport designed and constructed after 9.11. The entire facility, including the fixed base operator, was planned as an eco-friendly development. The fixed base operations facility provides a conference room, flight planning/weather room, pilots lounge, vending area and other amenities.

Features

TLC engineered the building to achieve energy efficiency that is more than 38% from a baseline building. Actual operations data indicates the building is performing at a significantly lower cost than other fixed base operators in the portfolio, exceeding expectations.
