Orange County Convention Center LEED EBOM Recertification & Sustainability Services

Overview

TLC is managing the LEED-EBOM Gold recertification process for Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). The team is working closely with facilities personnel to establish requirement guidelines, information gathering procedures and schedules to ensure project is kept on track for a successful LEED-EBOM Gold recertification.

Features

TLC is assisting OCCC with the ongoing development of its sustainability initiatives. Goals to enhance the building include providing a quality indoor environment, reducing operating costs and promoting OCCC as a key destination to current and prospective customers. We are also assessing the potential registration and subsequent LEED-EBOM certification. We are developing an HVAC standard operating practices document that will result in improved temperature control, space comfort and indoor air quality.
