Overview
Buildings L and F include smart classrooms, faculty offices, and print shops. Both buildings were the first buildings to become LEED certified at Seminole State. They are also both certified LEED CI 2009 Gold.
Features
Sustainable design strategies employed in Buildings L (LEED Gold Certified) and F include HVAC systems that are 15% to 20% more efficient than those in a baseline building, carbon dioxide sensors that regulate the amount of fresh air brought into each space and daylighting and occupancy sensors.
