Overview

Montgomery Bell State Park is a 3,850-acre park located in Dickson County, and provides a remote and peaceful setting just a short drive from Nashville, Tennessee.  The park was once the center of middle Tennessee’s iron industry and was named after Tennessee businessman Montgomery Bell. Rebranded as The Lodge at Montgomery Bell, the entire building underwent a major renovation including all guest rooms, a new full-service restaurant and bar and conference center/event space.

Features

TLC provided Building Commissioning services this major renovation including replacement of all mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, and repair of parking lots and swimming facilities. The project included building envelope, roof repairs and new interior finishes. Building construction was executed in multiple phases for minimal disruption to the facility and operations.
