Overview

The new building, located in the heart of campus on Memory Mall, provides a comfortable career counseling atmosphere designed to foster a connection with potential employers. The three-story building includes office spaces, large and small seminar rooms, conference rooms, a resource library and lounge areas.

Features

TLC implemented several measures to reduce the building’s energy usage and provide a sustainable facility aligned with UCF’s goals and objectives. Sustainable design features include an efficient ventilation system that incorporates total enthalpy heat air-to-air heat exchangers and premium efficiency motors and variable speed motor drives.
