Chelsea Simpson, PE is known for clear, effective communication and is trusted by clients to keep projects on track. She provides load analyses that meet governing building codes and coordinates closely with other disciplines. Chelsea also supports construction administration. Joan Ortiz has more than 20 years of experience and serves as a Principal specializing in accounting, financial management, and process improvement. She holds a B.S. in Business/Accounting from the University del Turabo. Her work is defined by strategic insight, technical excellence, and dedication to strengthening financial operations.
Matt Carr brings extensive experience in technology-focused engineering. His expertise includes designing infrastructure cabling for networking, fiber optics, CATV, security, and local and wide area network topologies using wireless and Cat 6 systems. He also draws on his design-build background to deliver well-coordinated projects for clients.
