Features
Housing 1,500 call center employees, as well marketing, HR, legal and other departments, TLC designed the LEED Silver Certified facility to have N+1 redundancy, or full system power backup. Sustainable design features include a low lighting power density, an under-floor air distribution system and a demand control ventilation system. Biophilic design measures, such as ample access to natural light and views of the outdoors, were incorporated to improve employee productivity.
