Overview

The Jekyll Island Convention Center provides 128,000 square feet of prime oceanfront convention and meeting space. The center is integrated into its natural beachfront setting that minimizes environmental impacts and creates a memorable experience for guests.

Features

The a LEED Silver Certified center features a rainwater harvesting system that captures 80,000 gallons of rainwater and condensate from 460 tons of cooling. The harvested water is used for flushing and irrigation purposes. A solar water heating system as well as a 2,500-gallon hybrid water heater tank meets the hot water demand for the banquet kitchen, laundry and back-of-house.
