Located on Pennsylvania Avenue, the Melrose Georgetown Hotel attracts tourists, diplomats and academics to its vibrant location. The renovation dramatically updated the hotel’s appearance. The facility, which opened as the Melrose Hotel in 1980, was reinvigorated with new interiors that complement the building’s classic architecture.

The hotel’s public elements, including all 240 guest rooms, 5,000 square feet of meeting space, corridors, fitness center and offices were updated during the fast-paced renovation that kept the property open throughout construction. A new farm-to-fork Jardenea Restaurant opened in the hotel and was part of the renovation. Dramatic lighting adds to the ambiance and classic design.
