As a USGBC LEED Gold certified building, it also leaves a light ecological footprint.

Features

TLC designed an energy model that determined the most effective energy-saving strategies. These included sensor-operated faucets, low-flow toilets, and urinals for a projected 30% reduction in water use. The HVAC equipment employs high efficiency fans and motors. Lighting controls, occupancy sensors, dimmer switches and skylights reduce power use and energy costs.
