Features
To meet the owner’s sustainability goal, a key design goal was to provide energy-efficient space that was also cost-effective. The existing lighting system was replaced with modern, energy-efficient systems and fixtures. Shading, window size and placement contributed to a well-lit building with low solar heat gain. Moreover, large spans of insulated glass provide the interiors with natural light.
