Overview
Renovation of the three-story building and basement, consisting of offices, classrooms, and clinical space with a three patient psychiatric ward operating 24/7. All electrical system components were assessed and upgraded. Mechanical system was assessed and most components required upgrades, including changes to the VAV boxes with reheat. Plumbing was assessed and upgraded as needed.
