Mike Dobbs

Mike is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.  He has more than 30 years of experience in electrical design and has spent the last 20 years leading multi-disciplined engineering teams.   Mike is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Gulf Coast healthcare engineering team carrying out marketing goals and meeting revenue projections.  He provides the necessary guidance to the office staff to meet client expectations with the highest quality of engineering efforts.  Ultimately, he is charged with creating a motivating climate, achieving teamwork and developing staff. Mike remains actively involved in projects, especially those of high complexity or requested by the client.  He has managed and designed hundreds of projects over his career for notable healthcare institutions such as Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Advent Health, BayCare, HCA, Lee Health, Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa General Hospital and many other acute care, outpatient, and nursing care clients.
