Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area Office
In 2023, TLC opened its 20th office in Rockville, MD reinforcing our commitment to clients and communities in the areas surrounding the nation’s capital. The new office will be primarily focused on supporting the needs of our healthcare clients in the region while also dedicating attention to other TLC core markets, including on-going federal, energy, and commercial work.

I’ve spent my entire 20-year career crafting solutions to complex engineering challenges faced by healthcare systems. I thrive on collaborating with project teams to creatively and methodically engineer buildings that benefit the built environment while meeting owners' needs.
Tony began his career with TLC 22 years ago as an intern. He has advanced through the TLC ranks, becoming a principal in 2016, Managing Principal of TLC’s Philadelphia office, and recently, he was named a Director of Healthcare, TLC's largest operating unit.

“I’m very excited to join TLC and continue to build upon my own skill sets as an engineer/project manager and develop even more great relationships in the industry. I’ve always had a deep passion for technical knowledge in MEP design and working on the most challenging of projects.”
Carefully collaborating with each discipline, Keith has vast experience in project management and the design of electrical systems. Meeting both design and client objectives, he brings proven expertise in power generation and distribution systems, lighting and lighting control systems, fire alarm systems, and low voltage systems.
