AdventHealth University Phase 4 – Graduate Building

Overview

The AdventHealth University Graduate Building is the final piece of the puzzle for the AdventHealth University campus. This three-story teaching lab supports graduate programs in healthcare administration, nurse anesthesia, occupational therapy, physical therapy, pharmacy and physician’s assistant studies.

Features

The building houses nine labs including a simulation lab, physical therapy lab, occupational therapy lab, chemistry labs and biology labs. Classrooms feature live teleconferencing capabilities enabling broadcast of lectures to multiple locations. The building also features a multi-purpose meeting room for hospital and community education events for up to 300 people.

A simulation center is used to mimic an operating room and is shared with the main hospital.

The building is designed for future vertical expansion to five stories.
