Overview
New, greenfield, full-service, acute care hospital spanning approximately in a 6-story, 146- inpatient bed tower with additional shell for 30 future beds. Facility is attached to an 85,0000 sf MOB and a 14,000 sf CEP. The CEP includes three 1225-ton water-cooled centrifugal chillers, two 108 Bhp bi-fuel steam boilers, eight 3000 Mbh condensing HW boilers, three 2000 kW diesel generators, two 25,000 gal fuel oil tanks, a 300 gpm domestic water booster system, two 50 scfm medical air compressors, two 128 scfm surgical vacuum pumps, and a 7500 gal liquid O2 tank.
Features
One distinctive feature of the design is the Pandemic Modes for specific rooms and entire air handling. This can be enabled via the building automation system from normal mode to negative-pressure exhausted patient rooms.
