Overview

Belmont Village Senior Living Communities, a national assisted-living facility company, chose TLC to design its new community. Though their 30th community, it’s the first in Florida. The new 12-story, 204-unit building has four levels of parking below eight levels of residential and amenity space. The amenities include patios, dining, a fitness center, full-service salon, and a movie room.
