Overview

Brasfield & Gorrie relocated its Regional Headquarters to a newly constructed three-story, core and shell Class A commercial office building, CNL Heritage Park, occupying approximately half of the building. The space includes an executive board room, offices and an employee lounge.

Features

The same design team provided both the core and shell design and the interior fit-up of Brasfield & Gorrie’s space. In Brasfield & Gorrie’s space, the structural frame of the building was left exposed and unpainted to showcase the company’s strength in self-performing structural concrete work.
