Overview

The Brooks Bartram Campus has three primary components that includes two 12-bed Greenhouse Facilities, a 100-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, and a 61-unit Assisted Living Facility. Each facility was designed to meet the unique needs of patients and the community, while allowing residents to achieve the highest level of recovery and independence possible.
