Energy-efficient features include premium efficiency motors for all MEP equipment; environmentally friendly refrigerants, adhesives and sealants; carbon dioxide monitoring of all variable/high occupancy spaces; and air-to-air heat recovery systems for select make-up air systems. Other sustainable components include the use of storm and HVAC condensate to supplement irrigation and cooling tower make-up, ultra-low flow water closets, low flow urinals, and sensor-operated faucets.
