The new Margaritaville Resort Hotel Orlando offers a one-of-kind setting where guests can escape the everyday and enter a laid-back vacation destination. The resort is conveniently located near several major theme parks, dining and entertainment venues. The hotel includes 187 guest rooms with central hospitality, restaurants and a conference center.

Features

Constructed of cast-in-place, posttensioned concrete frames, the eight five-story guest room buildings are arranged in a serpentine spline that are connected to each other and to the main building by open-air concrete framed corridors. TLC also designed a six-lane porte cochere, similar to that of the lobby, consisting of a steel frame and hollow structural shapes creating multiple intersecting gables. Additionally, a ramped drive leads out to the porte cochere.
