Overview
The luxury hotel is located in Louisville’s premier entertainment and business district, just a block from the Kentucky International Convention Center. The 30-story hotel features 612 guest rooms and suites as well as 225 apartments above the hotel floors. There is also 70,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space.
Features
TLC provided fundamental and enhanced commissioning services to assure the owner that all building systems perform interactively according to the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BOD). We commissioned the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for both the hotel and residential sections, keeping the project on track to achieving LEED certification.
