Overview

After performing an existing conditions survey of the central energy plant, TLC determined that most of the equipment at the CEP had reached the end of its useful life and that GOAA would benefit from replacing it with newer energy-efficient equipment to reduce operational costs while adding system redundancy.

Features

TLC designed two new dual compressor 1300-ton chillers equipped with variable frequency drives. These new chillers offer many benefits, including increased energy efficiency, plant capacity and redundancy.
