Project list

Overview

GOAA’s new $1.8 billion South Terminal Complex at OIA will be equipped with a centralized pre-conditioned air (PCA) system that connects to the airport’s infrastructure to provide both heated and cooled air to aircraft parked at gates and passenger boarding bridges. The South Terminal Complex is planned to include international arrivals, customs facilities, landside terminal with ticketing, baggage and concessions.

Features

TLC designed an innovative PCA system that provides energy efficiency from coupling the main chilled water system with the 1,650-ton PCA central plant. The system is estimated to reduce the total building energy use by 8%, putting the airport on track to becoming the first airport certified under LEED v4.
