Overview

The Sandpearl Resort, the first new resort hotel on Clearwater Beach in 25 years, more than lives up to its name. The four-diamond hotel features 253 rooms, a world-class spa, fine dining, 25,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting rooms and a ballroom and more than 11,000 square feet of retail space. It is also the first hotel/resort in Florida to achieve LEED certification, providing guests with building systems that are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

Features

The mechanical and electrical designs incorporate energy-efficient systems and equipment. Flexible air conditioning and ventilation systems serve the different types of spaces including the lobby, kitchen and dining areas, retail areas and living spaces. Water conservation systems include water-saving faucets, toilets and shower heads, as well as a sophisticated laundry facility that uses an ozone system to clean water for reuse, saving thousands of gallons of water annually.
