Features
Sustainable features engineered by TLC include low-flow plumbing fixtures, energy-saving air-cooled chillers and lighting controls, including occupancy sensors. All windows are energy-efficient and impact-resistant. Solar shades are strategically positioned and windows are sized to provide daylight to the building interior, while limiting the amount of solar heat gain.
