Overview
The six-story Class A office building serves as Starwood Capital’s Miami Beach headquarters. The mixed-use space consists of ground-level retail and restaurant space, office space and parking, including 104 car stackers, and EV charging stations.
A city block from the ocean, the breezeway, immersed in lush green landscaping and integrated water features, encourages its occupants to collaborate outside the bounds of the bright and spacious Art Deco-style offices. Together, the green rooftop and wall on the north side of the building elevate its sustainability-focused design.
Connecting the surrounding urban climate with the pedestrian corridor, a 25-foot-wide pedestrian walkway on the south side provides a landscaped passage between Collins Avenue and Liberty Avenue with entries to the building.
