Overview

Designed to achieve the prestigious AAA Five Diamond level rating, The Henderson is the luxurious hotel anchor of the multi-phased Henderson Beach Resort, located on two miles of pristine beachfront property. The 170-room hotel offers its guests world-class amenities and services, including a signature restaurant, an old-fashioned ice cream shop, a family-oriented lazy river, a pool with a bar and grill, a spa with 11 treatment rooms and a sunlit fitness center.

Features

As the MEP engineer, TLC used Revit throughout design to identify potential collision detection issues before construction began, saving the owner time and money and yielding a better quality building. We designed an energy-saving, cost-efficient mechanical system that routes exhausted cool air through energy recovery coils. We also designed a custom trapezoidal ductwork that fits precisely into the triangle-shaped recesses of the ceiling, supporting the architect’s aesthetic vision.
