University of Florida East Campus Office Building

Overview

The new building, completed as a design-build project, includes Class A office space, conference rooms and classrooms/training rooms across three stories, along with a data center, lighted parking lot and a chiller yard.

Features

Designed with sustainability in mind, the building features many energy-efficient features that contributed to it attaining LEED Gold certification. The majority of interior lighting fixtures are controlled using occupancy sensors while exterior lighting is controlled through the lighting control system by photocell operation.
