TLC’s role as the sustainability consultant involved integrating closely with the architect, MEP engineer and University. We designed an energy model that evaluated options for site shading, façade shading and energy impacts. The model indicated a 30% costs savings over the baseline, earning 10 LEED points and contributing to the building achieving LEED-Gold certification.
