Overview

Adaptive reuse of a deteriorated 1920's bank building resulted in this 10-story building becoming a 13-story, 247-room upscale hotel. The LEED Silver certified hotel has a rooftop restaurant and lounge with a retractable glass ceiling, offering breathtaking views of the New York City skyline. The first floor provides 10,000 square feet of commercial retail space.
