Derick brings more than 17 years of experience in the AEC industry to TLC and serves as Regional Director, overseeing structural operations in Orlando, Tampa, and Miami. In this role, he works closely with all levels of TLC’s Structural Operations team to enhance and optimize delivery processes firmwide. Derick is known for leading teams to establish clear goals and implement practical solutions that advance structural opportunities. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and offers broad expertise in structural engineering for building design, ranging from new construction to rehabilitation projects.
