Jay brings more than 25 years of experience in the engineering industry and serves in a leadership role supporting operations and project delivery across Texas and the nation. A hands-on team leader, he is recognized for delivering complex, high-impact projects while fostering strong, long-term client relationships. His experience spans a wide range of facility types, with a particular focus on mission critical environments requiring resilient, high-performance infrastructure and operational continuity. Jay has specialized expertise in strategic energy master planning, central utility infrastructure, and life cycle cost analysis, helping clients make informed decisions that balance reliability, sustainability, scalability, and long-term value.
