His experience spans a wide range of facility types, with a particular focus on mission critical environments requiring resilient, high-performance infrastructure and operational continuity. Jay has specialized expertise in strategic energy master planning, central utility infrastructure, and life cycle cost analysis, helping clients make informed decisions that balance reliability, sustainability, scalability, and long-term value.
