In 2022, TLC expanded its North Texas presence through the acquisition of Moye Consulting. Moye Consulting’s Texas location became TLC’s 17th office located in the vibrant Forth Worth/DFW corridor. Through this expansion, TLC is able to increase its service offerings to its local Texas clientele and increase its overall national portfolio.

Aaron is an infrastructure design and project management professional with over 22 years of detailed experience in construction planning, design, project management and commissioning. He has experience in the aviation and educational markets as well as experience and specialized training in heath care facilities and project management for health care facilities. Aaron serves as Managing Principal of the Irving / Fort Worth office and works integrally in coordinating TLC’s national technology team for management of daily design operations, staff assignments and oversight of project controls. Aaron balances his enthusiasm for technology with a love of the outdoors and low-tech activities such as camping and water sports.

Troy serves as Principal with TLC Engineering Solutions and has more than 20 years of technology systems design and project management experience. He has provided technology design services for higher education, K-12, airports, and convention centers. Troy’s experience includes systems assessment, planning, design, implementation, and commissioning of voice and data network systems and infrastructure. He has additional expertise in physical security, specialty systems unique to the higher education market, audio visual, AVR, digital signage, and other technology systems.

Gene serves as Senior Project Manager and Principal with TLC and provides technology design services for aviation facilities, higher education, corporate institutions, data centers and mission-critical infrastructure projects. He has served as Project Manager for facilities on American Airlines’ new Robert J. Crandall Campus in Fort Worth, Texas including over 1.5 million square feet of corporate office space, and for the 9-gate expansion at Austin Bergstrom International Airport. He has been responsible for projects with a total completed construction value of more than $4.3B.
