TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) is excited to announce the promotion of Justin Mulhollan to Regional Director for the Melbourne Operations Team. With his extensive industry experience spanning over 18 years, Justin has been an invaluable asset to TLC since joining the firm in 2012. In 2016, he became a principal and currently serves as TLC’s practice leader for Themed Entertainment. He has been the principal in charge of notable projects for Walt Disney World, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Universal Creative both in Florida and Internationally.
Assuming his new role, Justin Mulhollan is supported by his predecessor, Gary Krueger, to ensure a seamless and successful transition. Gary, an Executive Director with over 35 years of dedicated service to TLC, has been mentor and partner with Justin through the transition to assure continuity and a smooth transition for our valued clients.
As Regional Director, Justin oversees the day-to-day operations of TLC’s Melbourne office and provides leadership support for the TLC team in Dallas, Texas. His primary focus will revolve around bolstering client support across an array of diverse market sectors, including aerospace, federal entities, K-12 education, higher education, municipal projects, commercial ventures, as well as the vibrant realms of hospitality and themed entertainment.
Among their extensive portfolio are projects for esteemed educational institutions including the University of Florida, Brevard Public Schools, and Eastern Florida State College along with government agencies from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Canaveral Port Authority, to NASA. Additionally, Justin will continue to guide TLC’s expanded offerings provided to local themed entertainment giants, Walt Disney Imagineering and Universal Creative.
A proud alumnus of Penn State University, Justin holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architectural engineering, which have greatly contributed to his professional expertise and success. He is also a licensed mechanical engineer in nine states, LEED Accredited Professional, Green Globes Professional, Certified Energy Manager, and a WELL Accredited Professional. Additionally, he is an active member of ASHRAE and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
